There are three ways you could listen to these audios:
1) The best way to listen to your audio is just as you are falling asleep at night. So, just as you are ready to switch off the lights, plug in and play and fall asleep to it. Even if you are not consciously hearing it, your subconscious mind is switched on and will be listening. This is the most effective way of listening. Try it for a month, every night and see what difference it makes to you.
2) Alternatively, if you have a spare half an hour in your day, then you can listen to it and it will give you a boost and help pick your energy up.
3) Lastly, you could start your day by listening to it in the snooze-like state just before you get out of bed. This will be a great way to begin your day.
