1-2-1 Initial Consultation (via Zoom) - 90min

In this initial exploratory session we get to know each other a bit - I take your details and ask you the questions I need to ask you.

I will also go through how I work and explain how hypnotherapy can help you.

This is your opportunity to ask questions and make sure that I am the right therapist for you.

If you decide that you would like to take the sessions further, I will tailor your own bespoke programme to suit your time and availability.
